I’m Muhamad J. Akoum, a senior product engineer in Beirut with twelve years across native mobile, Flutter, web, backend, and applied AI. I work close to customers and product teams, find the real constraint, build the complete path, and stay for rollout.
I have not held the formal FDE title. I’m pursuing the role because its accountability matches the work I have done: discovery, hands-on delivery, production follow-through, and customer context.

- Rebuilt the core journeys of the MAF Carrefour app (login, loyalty, addresses) for millions of customers across eleven countries.
- Migrated UIKit to SwiftUI and cut each journey into its own reusable CocoaPods SDK module.
- Shipped an overhauled OTP auth flow that earned the company’s “Spark of the Month” award.
- Established MVVM, DataManager, and DI patterns across the modules, then profiled and cut load times.
