    • Rebuilt the core journeys of the MAF Carrefour app (login, loyalty, addresses) for millions of customers across eleven countries.
    • Migrated UIKit to SwiftUI and cut each journey into its own reusable CocoaPods SDK module.
    • Shipped an overhauled OTP auth flow that earned the company’s “Spark of the Month” award.
    • Established MVVM, DataManager, and DI patterns across the modules, then profiled and cut load times.

  4. 2014–2017

    • Led a three-developer team shipping cross-platform mobile apps end to end, and owned the store releases.
